Q: Can my character go visit camps they don't live in?
A: Yes; within reason. If the camps are relatively close, than of course. But remember, they're most likely walking so it will take a while. They can also visit places like the Falls if nearby.
Q: Can my character have a car?
A: No. I would say yes but I feel it would take away from the idea of the game. So for the plot's sake cars no longer work because of lack of gasoline. In the future this may change.
Q: Can my character have children?
A: Of course, but pregnancies will last nine months, so watch the season change on the side bar. Characters created pregnant can give birth right away as long as it goes with their application; meaning they should be nine months pregnant if they're giving birth in your first post.
Q: Can my character not be part of a camp?
A: Yes, they can be nomads, but I would like for them to eventually join a camp sometime in the future.
Q: Where should my new character live?
A: You're character may live in any camp (unless they don't have one yet; in that case they can live anywhere temporarily). I recommend that you have at least one character living in a camp in which another character is already in so that you will have a good chance of being able to post.
Q: Can my character be a soldier?
A: Yes, but keep in mind that the military is currently stationed at Government camp unless a) they were separated from their groups or b) Mr Bailey has sent them to another camp. The latter willl be decided through play, while the first should be noted in your app.
Q: Can I have my character in more than one thread?
A: As long as you can keep track of them and know which order each happened in, you can have as many as you'd like.
Q: Is there a person/tense rule?
A: If you want to post in first person or third person, present or past tense, that's up to you.
