New Dawn Rising `

Have you ever seen an apocalyptic movie that ends somewhat vague? Have you wondered what happens after the world is destroyed and that handful of people survive? Well, so have I.

Here at New Dawn Rising, that's what we'll discover. The world as we know it has just been destroyed, leaving just one continent on the face of the earth. The human race has won, defeating an alien race that tried to exterminate our planet. Now the remaining survivors live in refugee camps all over, and one man tries to rebuild some sort of government. There are no states, no cities, and definitely no countries. We must regroup, rebuild, and try to survive in the chaos.

Autumn has arrived and the leaves are changing in most of Diluculo Novus. The heat of summer is fading and pleasant cool breezes take it's place. After a hot, dry summer, the first rains of Fall are welcome and water is more available to everyone.

Any new threads will take place in the fall as of 8/12. Old threads may continue in Summer.

Welcome to St. Helena's Academy, a school which houses all sorts of teenagers. It's known worldwide as a school for "troubled" teens. They have doctors and therapists to help with every kind of mental and personality disorder known to man. Weekly therapy sessions are mandatory, though some students meet more than once. This place is typically known as a last resort, where your parents send you when they don't know what else to do with you. There's good kids, and bad kids, and some in-between. One thing is assured, though. You just might not get out of high school alive.
