Autumn has arrived and the leaves are changing in most of Diluculo Novus. The heat of summer is fading and pleasant cool breezes take it's place. After a hot, dry summer, the first rains of Fall are welcome and water is more available to everyone.
Any new threads will take place in the fall as of 8/12. Old threads may continue in Summer.
The hot, dry summer is over and the weather is more pleasant. Many refugees will want to open the windows and enjoy the change, seeing as until now, few people had air conditioning. Of course, those with no windows (such as the refugees in Government or Dorothy Camp) had no need to open any. Water is more readily available now, as well, because the first rains have started to fall. Refugees will want to collect and conserve water in containers (ie. buckets, jugs, etc).
It has now been two months since the attacks. Many people have found their way to camps and are starting to settle in. However, the chaos of trying to locate family members and friends continues and nearly every camp has a bulletin board with missing person's flyers posted in an attempt to find loved ones. David Bailey is attempting to get information from every camp and let people know that he is doing what he can to create some sort of order.
Threads that were started in the summer may continue in the summer unless there is a time jump noted. Be sure to note which season each thread is in when the thread is started, either somewhere at the top or bottom, or in the post itself. This way, we can keep a sort of timeline with the characters and threads.
The next season change will take place in three months (November) as long as the site stays active.
