Autumn has arrived and the leaves are changing in most of Diluculo Novus. The heat of summer is fading and pleasant cool breezes take it's place. After a hot, dry summer, the first rains of Fall are welcome and water is more available to everyone.
Any new threads will take place in the fall as of 8/12. Old threads may continue in Summer.

I haven't heard from Gabby since the attack. The last thing she said to me was "I'm pregnant. Well? Say something, Carver!" I choked. I couldn't speak. My arms and legs felt like lead and I swear, I was going to faint. My professor called me off the phone at that point, though. I didn't say anything. I didn't ask how long she'd been pregnant, or about a doctor. I'd been in Mexico for a week. We'd been broken up for two.
Now I don't know if she's alive. And if she's not... my baby certainly isn't. My baby. My child.
